Myrtle & Maude’s: A Kid-Friendly Farm Market Near Traverse City
Myrtle & Maude’s is a farm market at Orchard View Farms in Williamsburg with fresh produce, baked goods, antiques, and gifts—but the real reason I’d bring the kids is the play area.
They have two vintage tractors, a playground, yard games, and farm animals including goats, a Highland cow and BRAND NEW baby highland cow named Dolly, and chickens. It’s such a good setup for toddlers and preschoolers because there’s plenty for them to explore without feeling overwhelming.
In the fall, they also have seasonal activities like a corn maze, pumpkins, and wagon rides, making it an easy place to spend an afternoon.
